CHILI COOK OFF FUNDRAISER (click on this image then click on picture after it opens )
| MVCC held a Chili Cook Off on Feb 18,2012 to pick a winning Chili and to raise funds for the Costa Rica Mission Trip. After sampling each of the chili recipes a secret vote was taken to determine this years winner. |

| Mountain View Community Church Costa Rica Mission Team held a fundraiser at the Chick-fil-A in Culpeper, VA. A portion of the sales when to the mission trip and ALL the spinning wheel funds went to support the mission. |

| Culpeper area churches “Walked for Life” on April 21,2012. After registration, breakfast and a short award ceremony, the Culpeper area church supports started the fund raising walk downtown. |
Costa Rica Mission Trip of 2012 (Click first on the image, after opening, click on any picture)
| April 2012 a team from MVCC traveled to Costa Rica on a continuing mission of support to a local area. The team repainted a school, taught sewing, lead worship and hymns, replaced a roof and upgraded electric service to a home in the area. During this holy week the team climbed to the three mountain crosses that overlook the city. Along with a “zip line” team building event, members of the team met and grew close to local Costa Rica families. |
